Corona cancellation conditions

In this day and age there is still one important question for many people when booking a holiday:

What do your booking and cancellation conditions look like with regard to Corona, or COVID-19?

Cancel completely free of charge if:

• We are closed because of Corona
• The border is closed
• Attractions, catering etc. are closed here

In all other cases, our normal cancellation conditions apply (these also apply in the event of a positive Corona test. Many travel insurance policies have now included this as a valid reason to cancel)
