Booking

Upon receipt of the booking request, we will send you confirmation as soon as possible. The booking is then final.
The accommodation costs are due for the entire booked period, even if arrival or departure is earlier or later than agreed.

Arrival and departure

Arrival on the day of arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m., departure on the day of departure is before 9:00 a.m.

Payment

Payment should be made as indicated in the confirmation.
If the total amount is not credited to our account within 7 days of the agreed date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel the booking, please do so in writing. We apply the following cancellation fees and periods:

From the moment of booking up to 4 months before arrival, cancelling is completely free of charge.
When cancelling from 4 months to 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged;
When cancelling within 2 months of the arrival date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.

If you discover any defects in your booked apartment upon arrival, please report them immediately so that we can resolve the issues as quickly as possible? We cannot take responsibility for complaints and/or defects that arise later.
In case of an accident during your stay, please also report it to us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the inconvenience.

We only have non-smoking apartments, but there is an ashtray available for outdoor use.

Parking

There is 1 parking space per apartment available, a 2nd car by agreement.

Cleaning

Final cleaning is done by us, but you must leave the apartment broom clean, with the last dishes in the dishwasher. If the apartment is not left tidy, additional cleaning costs may be charged.

Linen

Per stay, there is 1 set of bedding per person and a towel set (large and small towel) per person included. It is possible to rent towels or bedding for €7.50 per set. You will also receive a set of kitchen towels.

Pets

Bringing a dog is only allowed by agreement in the months of April, May, June, September, October and November. Maximum 1 per apartment, EUR 7.50 extra per night. Other pets are not allowed.

Maximum number of persons

The tenant may not sublet and may not let more people stay than agreed.

Liability

We are not liable for any damage and/or injury occurring during your stay on our premises, regardless of the cause (unless gross negligence by the landlord can be proven). The tenant is responsible for fulfilling all obligations arising from the booking and the stay, both for himself and for all registered persons and/or his visitors.
