Reservation

After receiving the reservation request, we will send you the confirmation as soon as possible. The reservation is final from that moment. The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if arrival or departure is earlier or later than the agreed term.

Arrival and departure

Arrival on the day of arrival is possible from 4 p.m., departure on the day of departure is before 10 a.m.

Payment

Payment must be made as stated on the confirmation. If the total amount is not credited to our account 7 days after the agreed term, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation

In case you want to cancel the reservation, we request you to do this in writing. We use the following cancellation costs and terms:

Cancellation is completely free of charge from the moment of booking up to 4 months before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 4 months to 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged;
In case of cancellation within 2 months before the arrival date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.

Should you discover any defects in/to your booked apartment upon arrival, please report this immediately so that we can resolve the problems as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for complaints and/or defects that arise afterwards. We also ask that you report any accidents during your stay as soon as possible so that we can resolve the inconvenience.

We only have non-smoking apartments, but of course there is an ashtray available for outdoor use.

Parking

There is 1 parking space available per apartment, a 2nd car upon consultation.

Cleaning

The final cleaning is done by us, but you must leave the apartment broom clean, with the last dishes in the dishwasher. If the apartment is not left tidy, extra cleaning costs may be charged.

Linen

Per stay there is 1 set of bed linen per person and a towel set (large and small towel) per person included. It is possible to rent towels or bed linen for a fee of €7.50 per set. You will also receive a set of kitchen towels.

Pets

Bringing a dog is only allowed after consultation in the months of April, May, June, September, October and November. Maximum 1 per apartment, EUR 7.50 per night extra. Other pets are not allowed.

Maximum number of persons

The tenant may not sublet or allow more people to stay overnight than agreed.

Liability

We are not liable for damage and/or injury occurring during the stay on our premises, regardless of the cause (unless gross negligence of the landlord can be proven). The tenant is liable for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay, both for himself and for all registered persons and/or his visitors.
