Apartments
If you discover defects in/to your booked apartment upon arrival, would you please report this immediately so that we can solve the problems as quickly as possible? Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for complaints and/or defects that have arisen afterwards. Even if an accident occurs during your stay, we ask you to report this as soon as possible, so that we can remedy the inconvenience.
We only have non-smoking apartments, but of course there is an ashtray for outdoor use.
Parking
There is 1 parking space per apartment available, a 2nd car in consultation.
Cleaning
The final cleaning is carried out by us, but you must leave the apartment broom clean, with the last dishes in the dishwasher. If the apartment is not left tidy, additional cleaning costs may be charged.
Linen
Per week there are 1 set of bed linen per person and a towel set (large and small towel) per person included. It is possible to rent towels for a fee of €3.50 per set. You also get a set of kitchen towels.
Pets
Bringing pets is not allowed.
Maximum number of people
The tenant may not sublet and may not allow more people to stay overnight than agreed.
Liability
We are not liable for damage and/or injury during your stay on our site, regardless of the cause (unless gross negligence on the part of the lessor can be proven). The tenant is liable for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay, both for himself and for all registered persons and/or his visitors.
