Cancellation conditions

In case you want to cancel the reservation, we ask you to do this in writing. We use the following cancellation costs and terms:

• From the moment of booking until 4 months before arrival, cancellation is completely free of charge.
  
• If canceled from 4 months to 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged;
• If canceled within 2 months before the arrival date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged. Even though we do not ask for a down payment, this does not mean that cancellations can be made free of charge.

In case of Corona, the following conditions apply:

Cancel completely free of charge if:

• We are closed because of Corona
• The border is closed
• Attractions, restaurants, etc. are closed here

In all other cases, our normal cancellation conditions apply (These also apply in the event of a positive Corona test. Many travel insurance policies have now included this as a valid reason to cancel)
