Cancellation conditions

In the event you wish to cancel the reservation, we kindly request that you do so in writing. We apply the following cancellation costs and periods:

• From the moment of booking up to 4 months before arrival, cancellation is completely free of charge.
  
• When cancelling from 4 months to 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged;
  
• When cancelling within 2 months before the arrival date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged. Even though we do not request a deposit, this does not mean that cancellations are cost-free.
